10/19/2013 - Allen Savoie
I do not know where they get the name Cajun Paradise, there is nothing Cajun about their food. I am from down the bayou in south Louisiana and I know what Cajun cooking is. A friend of mine told me they are not even from Louisiana. They were born and bread right here in Arkansas. That is a sacrilege, you can not claim to be able to cook Cajun food and not be from Louisiana or stayed in Louisiana for some period of time.
