The first two times I visited this restaurant, everything was absolutely top notch. Tonight, my third trip here, was awful. My server was horrible, I got my salad literally 30 seconds before the entree arrived, the fish was terribly overcooked- I couldn't cut it with a fork. I used to look forward to stopping in Texarkana so I could eat here. I will not be back.

We had lunch and were dissatisfied. Talked to the manager and he more than made it right. We had an AMAZING lunch this time! We are glad we went back. Copeland's deserves the 5 stars we're giving them right now!! Thanks!!
