The BBQ at Big Springs Trading Company was delicious, especially the brisket sandwich and cobbler. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the sliders, apple pie moonshine, and BBQ pork, and would definitely return for more tasty eats.
