Whenever I'm in town, I make sure to swing by the Mexican restaurant at the new Holiday Inn Express near the Village on the Creeks. The chopped beef chimichanga was a standout dish, served with flavorful rice and beans. The atmosphere is inviting and clean, a step above some of the other authentic Mexican restaurants in the area.
