Claude Have Mercy! If you love steak make no mistake Mel's has you covered. Smoked Rib Eye Steak. What else is there to say. Moist, juicy (Even on the Med Well) that traveled 30 miles before it was eaten. I have been in the Culinary world 35 years. I do not eat out much, but I will make an exception for Mel's. Why? Saves me from doing it myself to my standards and also, they have that smoke flavor that just makes it taste incredible. I consider them the best steaks in Arkansas. No question about it.
