Not a good experience at all. I usually don't go here because they're prices are a little bit ridiculous but since they're right down the street from me and didn't feel like going anywhere else I gave them a chance. It was about 4 cars in front of me didn't mind the wait about 10 min. I paid for my food 2- 3pc. Wings with side of fries and drink $18 dollars and some change., ok no problem. While waiting another 12 minutes 1 of the girls come out and ask all of the cars in her sight if we ordered bone in chicken and that the wait would be another 10 minutes and do we mind waiting? Well, no you already got my money and I want this chicken so I wait again. So, another 10 minutes go by and a second girl comes to me to tell me that it would be another 15 minutes before I get my CHICKEN WINGS but they've dropped more or I can change my order. NO, I'll wait.... well now I'm at the window to get my food and the 2nd girl comes and say ma'am do you want to just change your order? I ask why and she says because now we have to drop tenders and it'll be a longer wait. I had to say at this point I'll just take my money back because this is ridiculous., all I wanted was 6 wings from Chicken Express and I couldn't even get that! I wasted pretty close to a hour for nothing, although I'm sure it won't hurt them.. NEVER AGAIN!!!
