We have eaten here plenty of times and would typically give this place a 5-star rating. However, when we took my in-laws to eat here, we had a horrible experience, and we will not return. Upon walking in, the restaurant was pretty busy. Our server, Criss, took our order right away, but from the time we ordered to when we got our food, it took over an hour. Criss only refilled our drinks once and two of us had our entire meal without any drinks. She never checked in on us or informed us about the status of our food. The food was only warm at best, with the tater tots being cold and the burger lukewarm. While we understand that restaurants may be short-staffed, better communication would have been appreciated. The table next to us didn't even have their food and the server brought them their ticket. They also waited over an hour for their food. We sadly won't be returning after this experience, as there are better restaurants with superior service in the area that I would rather support. We spent almost 2 hours here to eat lunch.

Absolutely disrespectful and vile customer service. The only person who had any Manner at all was the front desk hostess. She was very sweet. We had been told we would only have a 20 min wait. Which was fine because they were busy. Nearly an hour later we were sat. Our server approached us with a harsh and unwelcome attitude from the start. Which seemed odd because during our long wait she didn’t appear that way to other customers. We were not all seated at the same time either. Half of the party sat down to ensure we would have a table and the other half had to wait until the party next to us was finished. Prior to being seated two booths had opened up which were quickly cleaned by the hostess for us and then somehow people were sat there between her cleaning them and making her way back up to get us. So when the table did open we went ahead and sat down. Regardless we had three hungry kids with us and just wanted to order. So we did so and waited. And waited and waited. And then realized that people who were seated after us were already getting their food. We asked about the timeline for our food and told them that we were here before the large table behind us that was already eating. We were told rather harshly that they are busy and they make the orders in the order people are seated. And we reiterated that we were there way before and had ordered before these people had even gotten drinks. She brushed it off and walked away. Maybe 20 or so more mins go by and we get our food. Everything was cold. Some food were warm but the inside was cold. Like it was sitting under a heater for a while. The cheese on my food had solidified and the chips were a soggy mess (frito pie) we asked for a to go box because the kids were over it and so were we. Especially after getting cold food. We requested a manager for some answers and oh boy that was a mistake. This older woman in a very revealing far from professional dress was informed we needed to speak with the manager. When she approached us she did so with a horrendous attitude. And stated we only wanted free food. Which was not the case. As we had requested the bill as well as to go boxes prior to asking for a manger. We informed her of this and she began to ARGUE! Like raising her voice and looking around for validation from the other guest. It was the trashiest most unprofessional display of behavior I have seen in someone who held a position such as manager. Keep in mind we have three kids with us. And she is speaking like this. We told her our food was cold. And we wanted to know why the other customers who were here after us had their food. And why we were told that we would only have a 20 mins wait. Which tunrned In to almost an hour. She said that people had waited 3 hours. Which is contradicting to the hostess who repeatedly stated she had never had anyone wait this long for a table and she was very sorry. So after that we are putting the food in the boxes to go and she walks away but says something that causes the table behind us to laugh and say “hang in there they are leaving.” She laughed back and went to continue to talk to them. One of the guest with our party asked the manager what she had said as it was clearly no secret now that we were being talked about now with other guest. We said we will not be coming back because of this absolute nightmare of customer service and she said in her own words “if you don’t like what I’m saying you can f-ck-ng leave and not come back.” So now here i am making sure everyone knows the type of treatment a customer gets after waiting over two hours to even get food when we were told 20 mins.
