We had a terrific dinner Friday night at Lucy's. Food was outstanding, portions were larger than normal & the service was fantastic. The couple we dined with from Texas really enjoyed this meal & were highly complimentary of this diner.

Have eaten here more than I can count. Have never been disappointed. They do a great job, from cooking to serving. Would recommend them to all. If you do not like this place, its because you are a karen!

We had heard so much about Lucy's Dinner and how good the food was, we decided to pay a visit for breakfast.
Overall, the only good thing we can say about Lucy's is the FOOD is very GOOD. However, the rest of the service was terrible. It took 52 minutes to get 2 simple breakfast's from their menu. It was often too long between waiting for coffee refills while we sat and waited. From where we were seated we could see the order tickets being placed in the kitchen window and watch too often the cooks moving order tickets from a front line to the back constantly so its very possible your order tickets could constantly being shuffled around and NOT prepared in order that yours would have gone.
The utensil were water spotted and dingy looking (didn't look as clean and sterile) as they should have been.
No napkins on the table settings, missing salt or pepper shakers.
Overall, this was our first visit and will unfortunately be our last ....

My family and I have eaten at Lucy's in Rogers several times. Service was good and enthusiastic to please. Food was good and properly spiced, from plate lunches to sandwiches (I like the beef tips and noodles). During both noon rush and afternoon visits, service was good. A little loud, but not uncomfortable. Generally, a good dining experience and for what they are, is a good place to get a good meal. A little pricey, but isn't everything nowadays? God bless...

2 eggs, biscuit and gravy, hashbrowns, water
Bill was over $19.00 but under $20.. I thought that was a bit much and did not order bacon,ham, or sausage. I called the suggested number for an opinion of the visit. the lady assured me that the bill was too high and got my name and number.She would work up a gift card first thing on Monday. This was approximately 3 weeks ago, still no gift certificate. If you add ala carte, you are charged, but nothing deducted if you do not want the meat.

My family and I stopped to have dinner tonight, however we didn't even make it inside before we had an altercation with some of the staff in the parking lot. Two of them were very rude and it ended up being a very heated argument in front of my young daughter and nine year old niece.

It is indissociable that the residents of Rogers, patrons of Lucy's, can leave reviews of good nature, with a clear conscience. Lucy's received 21 violations from the health department inspection, 9 of which were "critical." An experienced "kitchen manager" was hired to repair the violations and continue the upkeep of the kitchen, because the store manager had NO kitchen experience and was not capable of repairing the violations, or instructing employees what to do. After receiving a 98% on the re-inspection, the kitchen manager was told to return to the procedures, prior to the inspection, which he refused to do, and quit/walked out, after a confrontation with the store manager.
Lucy's has also placed employees in situations of limited scheduled hours, just to make them quit, so Lucy's would not have to pay unemployment on them. (Per orders of partial owner Jason Rider). They have also refused to complete paperwork for employees receiving SSI/SSDI, and DFS assistance. (per Jason)
