Dearest El Chico's
I gave you one last try to redeem yourself. I guess I expected the food, service, and atmosphere to be as good as the old El Chico's. You did not disappoint, with the same bad service as my previous visits, after waiting an hour (resteraunt not full) for our food, we are told our order was lost, then when the food arrived, my order was wrong. Leaving me waiting even longer for my lunch.
I've been patient, giving you several opportunities to change my opion of you establishment, today was my last visit to your establishment. Did not even get a visit from the manager in duty, or a discount on my ticket, for the error of losing our order, or the time we waited, lousy customer servise!
It may not be much, but I will make sure all of my friends know of the service you provide.
