The restaurant had good food and the service was pleasant, but it would have been better with a bartender during the busy Talimena drive season. Misty, our server, was friendly and knew the menu well, striking the right balance of attentiveness. The atmosphere was clean and organized, and we plan to return when we're back in town.

My last visit was just that. My last. Waited an hour for food, and when I received it, it was undercooked, cold, and tasteless. I told the manager I was unhappy and didn't receive what I ordered...she shrugged, smiled, and said "have a nice day!". Don't recommend.

Don't waste your money. Food was awful service was ok. Manager and owner wasn't about fixing it. Was cooked with old molded wood or something. But never had ribs, sausage, Turkey and brisket all taste the same and bad. Worse I've ever tasted!!!! Steak was over cooked with me flavor. &80 ticket and we left hungry

We were staying at a hotel in Mena. My husband went to the restaurant to place our order. When he came back with my $25.00 steak dinner the restaurant didn't give us silverware so I couldn't eat it. Jerry had a pocket knife and a plastic spoon and thTs what I ate it with. They didn't have the first 2 items I wanted which was prime rib or a T bone steak. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I came to the walk-up window to order a couple of Cheeseburgers and Fries. They said it would be about 10 minutes. Went back to my vehicle, and came back to the window about 10 minutes later. After another 10-15 minutes, someone came to the window and asked if I had an order. I told him, and he went to check on it. Said it was almost ready. 10 minutes later, I saw my order get placed on the counter, while the person at the window answered a call. After a few minutes, I walked in to the counter and asked if that order was mine. The guy nodded his head and I took my order and left. Great food, very lousy service.

Prices are higher than the online menu price. We got a nice surprise with the ticket. They need to change prices online. Food was average - good. Small servings for price.

Beautiful log house setting. Very friendly and prompt service. Only had the steakhouse burger and fries, but was a real treat. Great tasting meat on a sourdough bun and very reasonably priced. Looking forward to eatijg a full steak dinner there very soon!
