I used to frequent Oyster House Brewing regularly when I lived nearby, drawn in by the convenient location and outdoor seating where I could enjoy happy hour oysters. However, as someone with a background in culinary arts, I found the menu lacking in seafood variety and overly focused on Cajun-style dishes. Another drawback for me was the limited wine selection, as I prefer a glass of bubbly to accompany my oysters. Nevertheless, my persistence paid off when one day they offered cava, finally providing the perfect pairing for my oyster indulgence.
