We ordered a BLT GRINDER (HOT sub) and a hot Pastrami and there were serious problems with both sandwiches. The BLT was requested to be heated, which seemed to be too much of a task for the staff, who instead insisted that it was in spite of all evidence to the contrary. The pastrami was actually more like some kind of inedible mystery meat and the vegetables made the bread too soggy to pick up. When we contacted them to tell them about our dissatisfaction, we were told, in essence, that we had ordered our food incorrectly. I don't know exactly what happened to this place. They started out pretty well, but the quality of their work has really suffered, not to mention their attitude toward customer service and satisfaction. I hope they can be satisfied with never getting another dollar of my money again.
