We've picked up pizza from 828FP several times and usually go for the medium monster pizza so there's enough for leftovers; the crust is always incredible with that authentic New York style from their gas-fired oven. The toppings are fresh and flavorful-like the turkey with pesto that surprisingly impressed us despite the simple Boar's Head turkey they use-and the service is friendly, especially from our server Brenda who keeps everything running smoothly. It's a casual spot with a welcoming vibe, decent beer selection, and great salads, making it one of Asheville's reliable choices whenever pizza cravings hit.
