I stopped by Roots Organic Gourmet to grab some of their amazing hummus, which I discovered was donated to a Beer Tour I was on. Their Red Pepper hummus is absolutely incredible, and I always keep a container in my fridge for snacking or sharing with friends. The vegetarian options at their cafe are also fantastic; that Thai Cobb salad was one of the best meals I've ever had!
