I reserved a turkey dinner two weeks before Thanksgiving. Was told to pick up day before Thanksgiving, November 22, 2023. Got there 2:00 pm as a sales clerk told me that would be the best time to come. Got there with other customers in line with reserved dinners. We were all told they were all out of food and to come back at 4:00 pm. They also said that they couldn't promise they would have enough cooked by then to fill our reserved orders. Very disappointed. Forget that place. We went to Publix and got a cooked Butterball turkey breast and three prepared sides.
All very delicious and more reasonable than this place. I will never order food there anymore. They are not dependable.
