The sesame chicken is solid and the portions are huge, making it feel just like the kind of Chinese food I grew up with in New York. The menu has a great variety, the food comes out fast, and everything I've tried has been delicious, especially the Singapore noodles and shrimp egg foo young.

Hop Shing offers delicious Chinese-American takeout with generous portions. The food is flavorful and reminiscent of authentic New York City Chinese cuisine.

I am sick and tired of Chinese restaurants that list a well-know dish but serve up something else claiming "that's the way we make it".

Take out often. Kids love the plain chicken wings, they sell them whole so one wing is like two anywhere else. The barbecued ribs are the best thing on the menu, just get an order of 5. It is fast food Chinese so it is not fine dining but most menu items are very good.
