One Flew South offers an unexpectedly elegant dining experience with a unique fusion of Southern and Japanese flavors that truly stands out amidst typical airport cuisine. The service is exceptional-friendly, attentive, and unhurried-making it easy to relax and enjoy dishes like the curry cauliflower soup and fresh sushi rolls while escaping the usual airport chaos. Although the menu is limited and prices are on the higher side, the quality, atmosphere, and thoughtful staff make it a worthwhile stop during a layover.
