After posting a review about my experience at Willy's, the owner, Bruce, reached out to me to address my concerns. He offered a complimentary meal and assured me that they were working on improvements. I decided to give them another chance, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the new manager and staff. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and I left feeling satisfied and happy with my decision to revisit the restaurant.
