This place is awesome! they never get my order wrong and always fast when they deliver. They never have failed me when it came down to the quality of the food. I recommend this to all of my friends and always order from this place. I love it!

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THEY HAVE BEEN SERVICING MY WORK (BALLARD DESIGNS) FOR OVER 1 1/2 YEARS NOW. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD AND DELICIOUS. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS ORDERING THERE.
THE Y HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYTIME I CALL SHE QUOTES BACK TO ME EXACTLY WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE TO EAT THERE. AT FIRST I THOUGHT MAYBE SHE HAD BEEN LOOKING AT THIS ON THEIR COMPUTERS OR SOMETHING.
ONE DAY I WAS IN WAL-MART AND I SEEN HER WITH HER TRIPLET DAUGHTERS. SHE QUOTED TO US EXACTLY WHAT WE LOVE TO EAT TO THE TEE. THERE WAS ANOTHER GUY IN FRONT OF ME WHO SHE QUOTED UNTO HIM WHAT HE LOVES TO EAT TOO.
NOW I KNEW FOR SURE THAT SHE ACTUALLY DID TAKE THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW HER CUSTOMERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.
ONCE I CAVED AND WENT AND ATE AT ANOTHER CHINESE PLACE AND IMMEDIATELY REGRETTED IT. WE HAVE NEVER MADE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN AND RETURNED TO LOTUS CAFE TO NOT ONLY GET A REASONABLY PRICED, LARGE PORTIONS, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT AN ENJOYABLE MEAL ALSO. WOULD NOT EAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I had a delivery order, I paid with my credit card. After a couple of bites, I found metal in my food! When I called to complain and get the charge removed they realized they did not accept the credit card I paid with (note to Lotus: maybe you should know which credit cards you accept and tell your customers). Now they are hounding me to pay for my lunch that I did not eat because of the METAL! This is unbelievable.
