Elegant comes to mind... Great food also.... every dish was excellent.
However, the servings are small and should be more generous.
Price just right. Service was excellent.
Needs to change the name.... The restaurant should be called:
"Polonia"
Will be delighted to recomended and will definetly will go back.

I've had the pleasure of enjoying Gimza about a dozen times since they opened. I love Polish food and I'm always thrilled to have more ethnic options in metro Atlanta. I've never been disappointed. The food is well-prepared, tasty, reasonably-priced, and attractively-presented. The Polish beers are great and their wine selections are extensive.
The owners are extremely friendly and pleasant folks trying to make a go of their dream. I'm happy to support them. The decor is sophisticated and appealing. The background adult contemporary Polish music sets a great mood. It's a good experience everyone should try. You'll be back!
