The biscuits here are large, buttery, and perfectly crispy on the outside, with the bacon, egg, and cheese option being my favorite by far. The friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and quick service make it an ideal stop for a satisfying breakfast that feels like a warm, southern welcome.

This is the old-timey, down-home place that we all dream about. Friendliest, kindest, folks and the best biscuits anywhere. Though the music doesn't happen these days, that was always the kicker for me. I go every time I'm in the state.

Been a customer since 1991. When I worked at Lockheed my group rotated buying breakfast on Fridays...a special treat was my turn when I went to Stilesboro biscuits...

I have such great memories taking my little ones here almost every morning before preschool 10 years ago when we lived in Brookstone. I was addicted to the cinnamon rolls, but my 2 and 4 year old loved the pancakes, grits and biscuits. My husband loved the red hot sausage biscuit. Lynn was the best! I have a picture of her with my kids before we moved...I would love to go back again....I really loved this place. My daughter (now 14) called it the Grit House b/c she loved the pancakes and grits.
