As a vegan, finding a restaurant where the staff understands dietary preferences and can easily customize dishes like the thali to be fully plant-based was truly refreshing. The vibrant flavors of the crispy dosa, the rich and balanced curries, and the lively chaats evoke the essence of authentic Indian street food, each bite bursting with freshness and spice.
