If I could post -0 I would. Waited in line making up mind to order carmel frappuccino only to be told rudely, we dont have a blender for frappuccinos. My husband and I changed to Carmel lattes. He speaks loud and clear... but somehow the rude lady taking order didnt catch carmel.. and the lade who made it said oh well it didnt say carmerl... when maybeoh I'm sorry I'll add Carmel or make what you want... these ladies dont need to be working wth people... so rude!!!!
