We decided to try takeout for the first time two weeks ago. The burgers were very good, but we were shorted 1 Chicago Hot dog. We just wrote it off.
Well we ordered takeout again last night and my Son picked it up. He should have checked the order. My bad for not telling him.
Food was good, but AGAIN we were shorted,... you guessed it - a Chicago Dog. This time I called and explained they owed us two hotdogs.
They said the could only give us one "free" hotdog in a condensending tone. Customer relations? Uh-uh! No way, no how!
1st problem, it's not free because it was already paid for.
2nd problem, they essentially were calling me a liar about the hotdog we were shorted two weeks ago.
Even though the food we had was good, (except there are no beans in their chili) we will not be back on principle alone.
We will be spending our money at Grecian Gyro, Main Moon, Bambinellie's, Collosus Pizza, Enzo's,... ANYWHERE but Village Burger (Tucker). They lost our business over one hotdog!
