I took my family of 6 here to see the new little mermaid. First let me say the movie itself was great my service I received was terrible and I don’t think this particular studio movie grill will be getting any more money out of me. I arrived at my movie 15 minutes early just to make sure we order food and everything else we wanted. Almost as soon as we sat down we pressed our button so we could order we already knew what we wanted. Now we were one of the first families to come into the theater they did not come get our order until 30 minutes into the movie. When they did address the row the person came by pressed everyone’s button and said they would start at the top of the row even though we had been waiting well before everyone else. When they finally started bring drinks out they brought my 3 year old daughter a pink lemonade in a big clear plastic cup with no straw. When I asked for a straw they said they were out of supply of straws in that moment I was so confused and I asked him to repeat himself so I know I heard clearly. 10 minutes later other people drinks come out with straws. I finally get someone else’s attention and ask for a straw and he brings me one with no paper no plastic no anything just a black straw for my 3 year old. That whole experience was insane!!!! Then food finally started coming out and I do understand having a sold out theatre and all the moving parts but the movie was already 2 hours long I did not get my food until 1 hour and 15 minutes into the movie. Once I had an issue with getting a straw then being handed a single black straw no plastic no paper and we are still in a covid infested world I knew this was not the theatre for me and they should really consider how this location is operating under the brand’s name because I have been to a lot of SMG as well as AMC and I have never received service in that matter with them and it’s sad that I did receive this service to the point to don’t wish to return to this establishment.

We went to see the movie Marry Me and I didn't like the service. The girl told me I'm coming right now to serve you and she didn't return. She served everyone except us. I didn't like the service. I didn't like it at all. bad service or no more than there is racism
