Wings have feathers, management wants me to drive back there, save your money unless you like unclean chicken. Utterly disgusting. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

THIS IS MOST WORST WNB WING FACTORY EVER ! The little girl at the cashier who is suppose to be the "manager" is very rude and so is the other little fat girl who is working at the front . I ordered a 6 piece wing combo got charged for a 10 piece i went back to correct it the "manager" was very nasty and rude she changed it then when i came in to get my food it was only the wings so i said I wanted the combo for one the little girl who is considered the "manager" tried to tell me to calm down as i was being very respectful & also when i asked her for her name she told me she didn't have to give me her name , i called back and the fat girl answered i asked her nicely as well for a store manager or owners contact info she told me the owner doesn't come in and that's she wasn't giving it to me ending the call i asked her for her name she said she didn't have one and i asked for the managers name and she said she didn't know it trying to be smart BE WARE do not go to this wnb wing factory very disappointed and the people who work at the front is VERY disrespectful!

This cashier last week had someone go off on her for being rude, and the police had to be called. This time i guess it was my turn for her to be rude. My food was incorrect and she decided to get an attitude with me about it. I asked for the managers name or contact and I was told that she didn't have to get me any information or ways to express my grievances. She initially asked the cooks to redo my food, but instantly got frustrated with me and told them to stop correcting the mistake. I literally stood in a business that I patronize on the regular (at least twice a week) and watched a woman get physically aggressive with me behind the counter. Needless to say this would be my last visit to this WNB wings and I will be making a review on every platform available. Hospitality is a must and it should be taught and trained to all staff.
She doesn't own her company, so she doesn't care about the customers. Hopefully the owner will.

Awesome service
