I went to Frost Bistro on Saturday Feb 15, 2020. I was celebrating my birthday. This was by far the WORST restaurant experience in my life! They would not take a reservation for 7 but would for 10, that should've been a red flag. We got to the restaurant at 9p and put our names on the list to be seated. We were seated around 10pm. We ordered drinks and a few shots. We went ahead and ordered food from the appetizer menu.. we got our shots but then we waited.. and we waited and we waited... long story short, we never got food. We made a decision to leave at 12:30am - so we waited for 2 1/2 hours with literally no food. The restaurant closed at 1am. The waitress was so very nice but the restaurant could not produce food. And it wasn't just us.. there were several others that never got food or when they got their food it was cold. I over head some people refusing to pay for food and I also over heard waitresses complaining to the cops about several walk outs. Seemed like people where just leaving because the restaurant could not produce food. The place wasn't even full. The owner was walking around busting tables and seemed to not be in a good mood. A friend of mine approached her about her very beautiful leggings she had on and my friend said she was very stand offish and had an attitude. Maybe she was upset at how the night was going. Will never go here again and telling all my friends about my awful experience. I have quite a few that want to check the place out. I ended up grabbing food on the way home from a little hole in the wall on Old National Hwy.. what a birthday.. smh
