My family and I visited last Saturday and the two girls behind the counter was not so friendly. They barely spoke as we walked in. One in particular was more interested in texting on phone rather than looking up to serve her customers. The counter tops near the wall were nasty/sticky throughout. I left the store with my sleeves very sticky; Very disgusting. When the young girl handed the first ice cream over, the presentation was sloppy. Ice cream was dripping outside of cup. She did not offer any napkins, etc. The ice cream itself was good, but the overall experience, I was not too thrilled. Suggestions: When an establishment is not very business, the workers should definitely do some housekeeping while they wait; smile and address the customers as they come in; definitely make sure the product looks good. After all, customers are your business. Thank you!
