My wife and I prepaid for a valentine day celebration, based on a previous visit. This visit was almost a disaster, we ordered from the two choices of entrees, my order included. Mashed potatoes, they were cold, not tepid, not warm, but cold. My wife ordered a shrimp dish, however no shrimp, we we're accommodated, but a damper was put on the evening. Since the prepaid menu was limited, the service should food should have been more in line with the price and the 18% tip that was added.
