I went to El Sol and had dinner. I ordered some food to go for my husband. When I got home I discovered the order was incorrect. My husband returned the food to the bartender who was pleasant enough.
The manager approached my husband and said she would replace the food but said I did not request the modifications to the order. She proceeded to argue with my husband about the order. In what food service establishment does a manager intentionally make a guest feel unwelcome and uncomfortable? It was a highly unprofessional way for someone in charge to treat a guest. We will not return.

We were regular, long term customers of El Sol. On October 31, 2014 my wife and son and I dined there. Our dinner experience was interupted when my large draft beer broke in half right after it was served, completely soaking me and my side of the booth in cold sticky beer. The bartender, named Koke (sp) Domingez explained it was their fault due to the way they put hot cleaned beer glasses in the freezer. We had to move tables because everything was soaked, but the the entire dinner was very uncomforatable because my pants and shirt were very soaked in beer. I thought they would offer some sort of break for the unfortunate mishap, but absolutley nothing whatsoever was offered, at all. My broken beer we even included on the tab. I asked to speak with the manager, named Marisa, who insulted my wife and me by being extremely beligerent and still refused to do anything other than offer to cover the beer that broke in my lap. She was very rude.

I paid the tab and said I was unhappy with the situation, to which Marisa responded she did not care. As my wife and son and I were leaving I told Marisa, the bartender, Koke (sp?) and our server (Christian) we believed they could have handled things much more prrofessionally for loyal regular customers like us, to which the barteneder verbally assualted and threatened to hut me, trying to start a fight. I decided not to call the police and press charges. so we left without further incident. Marisa yelled at us to leave immediately. We are vey nice people and this conduct was uncalled for, uprofessional, and threatening in every respect.

El Sol is an extremely dangerous place. The employees - including manager Marisa - have absolutely no regard for customer service. Rather they seem to think they can threaten unsatisfied customers by intimidation and personal harm tactics. All we did was come for a nice dinner, only to be were yelled at and threatendod over a full beer glass that broke due to their own admitted negilgence.

The whole situation was shocking.
