The Peruvian stirfry chicken was incredible, with tender, juicy chicken and perfectly cooked vegetables coated in a unique, flavorful sauce that balanced savory, sweet, and acidic notes. The service was exceptional, especially the server who seamlessly managed multiple roles and ensured everything arrived promptly despite a busy dining room. The authentic dishes, lively atmosphere, and great drinks made for a memorable experience that definitely has me eager to return.
