Reviews are NOT honest!
I know this for a fact from prior employee review left on everything frozen, microwaved and high sugar/processed content. Unfortunately only after the fact....and looking to post one myself.
MY REVIEW / Personal Experience:
Do NOT go here! Visited because of the good reviews but this is just not at all, true or accurate, in any sense of the word. Ordered multiple items on the infamous black bean burger. Let me share a truly ‘honest’ review: All of these patties (irrelevant to the type) are frozen and either: MICROWAVED -OR- SO OLD they have FREEZER-BURN! On top of it, everything was SO WET & SOGGY after specifically asking for NO sauces on any of the sandwiches that were ordered that between the Extra $2 soaking wet fries and very wet sandwich bread in between the rock hard patties.... I actually had to spit mine out and the other one had to be thrown in the trash. Talk about A TOTAL LET DOWN! We had high hopes for this place and I unlike most, always loved black bean burgers. But even the frozen ones I’ve eaten plenty of times at numerous grocery stores.... this is the first time I’ve ever tasted one that wasn’t edible. Same with the others. What a complete waste of money, effort and time going to this place. Please please save your money and go elsewhere. This just wasn’t right to call yourself this healthy epic ‘Fit-Food’ place as it’s really deception at its finest.
