The food here is bursting with rich flavors and every dish I tried was fresh and satisfying, especially the veggie sampler and lamb tibs. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience even better, though service can be a bit slow during busy times. I learned to plan for a wait, but the generous portions and delicious meals made it absolutely worth it.

I have eaten a lot of Ethiopian food, and Bole is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at . I normally fill up on the doro wat (chicken), but the vegetarian platter was outstanding. The owner and staff were so enthusiastic and helpful, and very friendly. I can't wait to return!
