Fathers Day brunch was awful. Overpriced terrible food. A run down hole in the wall. What a waste of a morning!!

I was going to restaurant at least once in 3 weeks with my friend and it was ok. So I decided to introduce my family to this place and went there Friday, May 1, 2015, 6:15p.m. to celebrate a family event. The restaurant was busy and when we asked why, the hostess said that waiting time to be seated is 10-15 minutes. me, my husband and our 3 children, youngest ones age 5,5 and 8, 5 did wait and wait... people were coming in groups and couples and everybody was being seated, but not us. After 45 minutes of waiting and feeling awfully uncomfortable, because we were the only ones waiting !!! my husband approached the hostess and she then in unfriendly manner replied that we have to wait another 15 minutes and when we've asked why she said that she is waiting for a particular booth to be available to accommodate us( 3 children and 2 adults) . my husband told her that any booth or table with additional chair would do.. By that time at least 4 tables and 2 booths were available and she just ignored our request. after 5 more minutes of humiliating waiting(people in restaurant were clearly wondering and looking at us by then), my husband and my 2 younger kids, age 5,5 and 8,5, left the restaurant and were intended to get in car. few minutes after they left I have approached hostess and asked her if we were going to be seated today. I notified her that my husband and kids already give up on waiting and how embarrassing and disappointing this all is. she did not reply anything. not a word of apology! and told me that" our" booth is ready. I had to ask her twice if she is sure it's ready for us. and after she confirmed, I sent my daughter to get my husband and kids from car. Finally, by 7.13 pm we had chance to order food. and waited another 15 minutes for it to be cooked. The nightmare did not finish there. me, my husband and my daughter "ordered all you can eat fish". only one of us got "refill " of fish. even if we did asked . we've being ignored. Two out of three "all you can eat fish refills" never arrived to our table. Giving up on waiting for extra (paid for) fish, we've ordered deserts. leaving restaurant, I asked for 2 boxes to pack my sons leftovers and being giving tiny black boxes, I did not had power or straight to argue . I have had enough of humiliation by that time and was so embarrassed that I had brought my family to eat there on a special occasion., that we've just paid and left. people say that "you only have one time to make impression", and so sure my family got one! paying over 80 dollars for dinner. .... I am leaving 2 stars, just because food was eatable. Our celebration, evening was ruined. we left the restaurant by 8:20pm. kids were tired and sleepy. I was ashamed and my husband was angry. I won't recommend this place to a family with kids under 13. and definitely won't recommend it for a family celebration.
