The "Olive Oil and Balsamic Tasting" class at Con Olio Olive Oils & Vinegars in the Arboretum plaza was an eye-opening experience, where Tabatha's passion and expertise taught me so much about choosing fresh, single-origin olive oils and understanding their qualities. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made tasting various oils and vinegars enjoyable, and I left with delicious finds like basil olive oil and grapefruit white vinegar that I can't wait to share with family.
