I love Dos Amigos for their huge, fresh, and affordable breakfast tacos with unbeatable flavor.

Had a power outage on Monday morning in Central TX. Decided to grab breakfast from my favorite local Mexican truck. They were still serving up delicious food despite the outage. Their beans and eggs tacos are a must-try, especially with their perfectly made flour tortillas. Even though the service can be a bit inconsistent at times, the large and tasty $1.50 tacos make it worth the visit.
