It's a good sign when you're at a taco truck and everyone around you is chatting in Spanish. The tacos are some of the most authentic I've had in Austin, and the pastor tacos with that creamy green sauce are a must-try!

There's something magical about a taco truck where the chatter is all in Spanish, hinting at the authenticity of the food. On a whim after a late-night drive back from Round Rock, I found myself indulging in some of the most flavorful tacos Austin has to offer, especially those pastor tacos drizzled with that creamy green sauce. With limited parking and a cash-only policy, it's a bit of a treasure hunt, but trust me, once you sink your teeth into those juicy bites, you'll be planning your next visit before you even finish!
