I always make sure to stop by SquareRut whenever I'm in Austin because the vibe is super chill and the staff are really friendly and informative, especially if you're new to kava. The earthy taste of kava definitely takes some getting used to, but the relaxing and euphoric effects are totally worth it, plus they have a cool selection of board games to play while you hang out. Sitting in the sunlight, sipping on kava, and just unwinding with some games made for a really unique and fun experience that I'm excited to enjoy again soon.

A recent visit to SquareRut in Austin left me amazed once again. Mark, our kavatender, offered exceptional service and great suggestions for grub. The kava experience was unique and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and trying something different.
