They suck!! I took my mom to a hotel room the night before her surgery. She was diagnosed with a thyroid cancer and was having it removed. It was a night of relaxation. Hotel recommended this place and so we called and ordered. We waited an hour for the food to arrive which was typical and fine. It arrived and we noticed right away we were missing utensils and napkins. Upon opening our bags more we found that 3 things we ordered were missing. We called and they refused to bring any of the items missing. Saying it would take to long. He also said he would contact the manager for a full refund (never happened) and to call back in 30 min. We did and we realized that the food we did get was the wrong order. And the food we did get was overdone. Now we are calling ever 30 minutes to get a refund and nothing. Do not order from them. They are not honorable and their customer service sucks! I wish I could give them no stars!!
