Every Friday, I find myself craving the perfectly toasted bagels here-the crust is satisfyingly crisp while the inside remains soft and doughy, a combination that hits all the right notes. The variety of bagel sandwiches and spreads, especially the veggie-based smears and scallion cream cheese, elevate each bite into a flavorful experience, even if the wait can stretch a bit during busy times. Though the price leans toward the higher side for the portion size, the quality and taste make it a worthwhile indulgence, especially in a city where truly great bagels are rare.

I've been making it a Friday tradition to swing by for their amazing bagels. The line can get a tad slow sometimes, but the servers are super friendly and make the wait worth it for the best bagel in Austin.
