Unique and Delicious! I went to this lovely bakery in search of a light and refreshing birthday cake for my guests. It was difficult to decide between all of their wonderful baked goods. I finally decided on tropical mango coconut mousse cake. Tasty, light, elegant looking. Very little cake lots of flavorful mousse!
I ordered, then picked up the day of the party. To my surprise they had remembered me say it was for my birthday and had made a tasty chocolate Happy Birthday Tina for the top of the cake in addition to the beautiful fruit decorations on top. ALL of my guests raved about the cake - some had seconds and not a smidgen was wasted. In these trying times thoughtful gestures like this are even more meaningful. I will definitely go back soon to enjoy another special treat!
