This location is the absolute slowest Starbucks location on earth. The barista gave my son ONE coffee sleeve for two steeping hot coffees. My son’s hand got burned and he brought me the coffee and it burned my hand next! What is wrong with the people at Starbucks who aren’t thinking. If we pay $7 a latte, I’m pretty sure it covers the cost of a coffee sleeve. The baristas words to my son, “here, you can have ONE”. What is wrong with these people who work at Starbucks?
