Great food !

On May 14, I ordered a slider sandwich with assorted steaks and a wedge walad, but it didn't go through. so I reordered the slider sandwich and this time instead of salad, I asked for zucchini fries. the driver came with the first order - and I was eating it when a second driver showed up with the 2nd order. That should not have happened. but - I ate the wedge salad, even though I had to cut it up as the lettuce was not chopped very well. but the steak was TOUGH and I could not chew ANY of it. I chewed for a while on each piece of steak but ended up having to spit it out because it wouldn't chew down small enough. I save it for my nurse aide's dog. I did TRY a pice from the 2nd dinner - and it was as tough as the first one. The zucchini fries were ok...I feel totally taken in by two charges of 28.04 and $33.34 for two inedible dinners. What can you do about this? I certainly didn't want TWO dinners - and the steak was unchewable. Please let me know what to do. I got it through DoorDash.
