In late March 2013, I purchased two ATVs for my son and daughter from Billy Pross. His pricing was unbeatable, and he provided invaluable advice on the potential drawbacks of Chinese ATVs, which are known for their lower quality. Thanks to his warnings, we were able to anticipate and prevent issues with our new vehicles. When we did encounter a problem, Billy demonstrated excellent customer service by promptly addressing the situation. This experience has changed my perspective on Craigslist purchases, and I am grateful for a successful transaction with a dedicated seller like Billy. Well done!
