I enjoyed a satisfying meal at the University of Texas Alumni center Cafe, giving it four stars for meeting my expectations of a campus dining experience. The quick service and pre-prepped food warmed upon order made for a convenient snack away from the bustling student areas. The flavorful soup with a hint of spice and filling sandwich paired well together, though I noted a slight inconsistency in the melted cheese layer compared to a friend's order.
