Living just behind Paco's Tacos gave me plenty of chances to enjoy its vintage Austin vibe, complete with quirky yard art and cozy indoor seating, but it's the fresh, flavorful tacos-especially the breakfast ones with their perfect corn-flour tortillas and amazing salsas-that keep me coming back. The friendly staff, ample outdoor seating where you can catch live music, and relaxed atmosphere make it a solid choice for a casual meal, whether it's a quick lunch, happy hour, or weekend brunch.
