After reading a mix of reviews, I decided to give this hotel a chance, and I'm so pleased I did; it truly surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were evident from the moment I arrived, and the customer service remained exceptional throughout my stay, especially at the restaurant where I enjoyed some delicious food. Although there were a few quirks with other guests, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the convenience of amenities like free parking and a fridge in my room, making it a solid choice for my future business trips.

Double billed me for one evening. Even with reasonable evidence they and Reservations.com have been completely helpless in taking any responsibility. Do NOT go to OMNI or use any of their business associations such as Reservations.com. They will take advantage of you.
