My colleagues introduced me to Rio's menu and encouraged me to make my own selection. While many opted for the aí§ai bowls, my preference leaned towards a more rice-centric option - The Hawaiian poke bowl stood out to me. Despite leaving my order to sit for a while before refrigerating the toppings, the poke bowl maintained its delicious and flavorful essence, with the freshness of the ahi tuna truly shining through in each bite. The service was efficient, the ambiance inviting, and though I wished for a wider menu variety, the quality of the food I did try was exceptional.
