We are a homegrown coffeehouse in Tehachapi, Ca with a mission to bring a great product, a community spot, and coffee & tea education to our beautiful home up here on the mountain. After renovating the building ourselves (working alongside a seasoned carpenter; an electrician & a plumber), we opened the doors in Oct. 2016. From the bean all the way to the cup; we believe that {coffee} is synonymous with {community}🖤It has been our honor & pleasure to serve our community ever since!

During my visit to Mountain Coffee, I found the atmosphere cozy with comfortable seating and friendly staff who were attentive to my questions about the seasonal drinks. I enjoyed the Black Rose Mocha with blackberry whipped cream, which was sweet and well-crafted, along with a Liege-style waffle that brought back pleasant memories. The food options, including a pesto BLT and breakfast bagel, were flavorful and satisfying, making it a welcoming place to relax, work, or catch up with friends.
