While driving on I5 in central California, I stopped near the I5/CA99 junction for a late lunch during Lent and was impressed by the authentic Indian flavors, especially the garlic naan and mango lassi. The food arrived quickly, the portions were generous, and although the ambiance was simple, the friendly service and delicious dishes made the experience memorable.
